This damn pandemic really changed a lot about the world as we know it. But that’s not what you’re here to read about. 

You’re here to read about how the leadership landscape must change because of the pandemic. But, I argue some coaching practices were all wrong, to begin with. Some coaching practices can be a “spreadsheet kind of process,” meaning, very cut and dry and by-the-book. 

A coach may ask you to set some goals and will then measure your success in some way. Or, the coach may provide you with feedback based on job performance in the form of an evaluation. I say, let’s go deeper.

Under my practice, I believe leadership coaching is about you, getting to know the real you! It’s about you recognizing your strengths, by assessing the moments in your life that have defined you. It’s checking in with your values system and ditching bad habits formed by ego.

My transcendent leadership coaching focuses on building strong relationships with others. Relationships that are built on trust.  Through the process, we also become more self-aware. I get to take you on a journey that helps you identify all your best qualities so you can thrive. It’s about working with you from a human approach.
