A Chief Heart Officer ensures an organizational culture operates in an effective and productive way. The CHO does this by working directly with every teammate in every department to generate a tranquil flow of good communication through positivity and support.
When I serve as the Chief Heart Officer on your team, or help to coach your organization’s CHO, I help to sustain your culture by continuously bringing everyone back to those foundational strategies.
Through my customized coaching process, I am reminding your employees of your organization’s story and why your culture exists.
Often times, employees can become disengaged from their work. They may have lost their purpose. They may become burnt out. This is where I come in and coach. I remind people of the meaning and purpose of their work. I reconnect them to their own personal “why?” I remind them of their
contribution.
The role of the CHO is to ensure the execution of organizational initiatives and to create collaborative connections between your team members. The CHO is the guide that leads all team members to carry out your organization’s vision and mission. I believe in focusing on the people first, and the profits will follow.

“I call this a journey of leadership, success, and gratification that has changed the lives of so many people. When many organizations think of a leadership coach or a leadership retreat, they think of 1 off meetings and ask what is the ROI.
When Port X was in its first year we saw great success, but also great chaos. We quickly realized that we needed to bring order to that chaos and support the leadership team personally and professionally. Over the next year we got everyone in their lanes and set an organization structure for success. The Port X business and leadership team continued to flourish.
