When I serve as the CHO on your team, or help to coach your organization’s CHO, I help to sustain your culture by continuously bringing everyone back to those foundational strategies.

Through my customized coaching process, I am reminding your employees of your organization’s story and why your culture exists.

Often times, employees can become disengaged from their work. They may have lost their purpose. They may become burnt out. This is where I come in and coach. I remind people of the meaning and purpose of their work. I reconnect them to their own personal “why?” I remind them of their
contribution.

The role of the CHO is to ensure execution on organizational initiatives and to create collaborative connections between your team members. The CHO is the guide that leads all team members to carry out your organization’s vision and mission. I believe in focusing on the people first, and the profits will follow.

“I call this a journey of leadership, success, and gratification that has changed the lives of so many people.  When many organizations think of a leadership coach or a leadership retreat, they think of 1 off meetings and ask what is the ROI.

The Port X Logistics journey has been the most amazing thing I have accomplished in my life.  We have stayed true to our declaration of independence, our business plan, and our success factors.  With Dionne helping us to navigate the journey I can certainly say we have accomplished what we have set out to do.  We have changed lives and laid the foundation for a very successful and sustainable company.
