Hello,

The world has changed making leadership and running a business more challenging than ever before.  As a leader have you come face to face with your fears, feeling challenged to your very core?

Have you been forced to re-evaluate your values and make difficult life choices?

As a leader of your organization have you needed to toss out the old playbooks and adapt quickly on the fly?

There is no doubt life has been difficult over the last 18 months. But it has also created many positive changes encouraging a shift in perspective. Amid the challenges we’ve had to pause, reflect, and consider how we can shape a better future with a greater sense of well-being for the people we care about.

One of the most positive things that has come out of this past year has been the realization that we are human. We have come to know the importance of checking in with people, supporting them and showing them, we care.

We have gained a greater awareness about the need to be resilient. We need to be prepared for whatever challenges arise. Resilience requires leaders, such as yourself to respond like a rubber band bouncing back from change, adversity, and the unexpected.

So, let me ask you, you have maneuvered through the turbulent waters of the last 18 months are you ready for what’s next? Are you clear about where you are on your own personal journey and your ever-changing needs?

The question is not if, but how will you invest in supporting yourself and your people as you seek a new sense of normal.

Do you know when to pivot with your team? Do you have a way to hold yourself accountable for developing goals for growth or simply just to deal with the day-to-day stress and professional anxiety?

As a leadership coach I will meet you where you are at creating a safe environment where you can share experiences in an easy and empowering way. I coach you in your humanness guiding you toward greater insight about behavioral patterns, interpersonal dynamics, beliefs, and stressors. Similar to how you might use strengths training, cardio or medicine to prevent disease. I use heart, truth and love, to help you transcend creating more resilience so you are better prepared for the challenging you will face in the days ahead.

I hope you found this week’s newsletter inspiring and helpful. Let’s continue the conversation.
